What Happens Next?
If you are booking on behalf of a group then you can go on to fill in an “Additional Crew Booking Form” for each member of your party (or you can get them to do it themselves by forwarding this link to them > https://www.topsail-adventures.co.uk/2009/additional-crew-booking-form/)
If you haven’t done it already you will also need to pay your deposit (or if booking less than six weeks before the adventures starts, your balance). Details on how to do this are in your Booking Enquiry Response email.
When we have received all of your forms and the deposit or balance has cleared into our account we will send you another email to confirm receipt.
If you have paid a deposit then your balance will become due 6 weeks before the adventure commences. We will send you a reminder email at that time with details of how to pay your balance.
Once we receive the balance we will send you joining instructions so that you know exactly where to join the boat and what to bring with you.
