Visit Amelie Rose at the Southampton Boat Show!

Southampton Boat Show 2012 Fancy climbing aboard Hungry Sailors star Amelie Rose and meeting up with her crew? Well you can! Get down to the Southampton Boat Show between Thursday 20th September and Sunday 23rd September and you'll be able to get on board, have good look around her and even chat with Skipper Nick and the rest of the Topsail Adventures crew. There may even be the chance for you to come for a little sail while we're there...

There are lots of other activities to take part in at this, the best of the boat shows, and we're really looking forward to meeting you all and introducing you to our favourite girl. Tickets will be available from the show's website and we'll keep you informed of all the news and some potentially very special offers as the dates approach.

Amelie Rose at the St Georges Trophy 2012

April 2012 had proved to be pretty typical from the weather point of view, and the 2012 running of the St Georges Trophy in Yarmouth was to offer us the microcosm of the mad month's meterology.

Amelie Rose was joined by her first tranche of guests for the weekend early on Friday. Julie, Frank and Elaine were treated to a lovely sail across to the Solent.

With a sunny Southwesterly F4-5 pushing her onwards, Amelie Rose surged across the bay - seemingly keen to meet up with the other Pilot Cutters congregating in the Western Solent.

2012: Amelie Rose's Season so far...

Wow! What a packed year it's been already, and we're barely into the second month of sailing.

Amelie Rose has been out and about; busy renewing old aquaintances and making new friends as we've sailed around the Solent and made a couple of (attempted) forays along the coast to Weymouth.

We've had every kind of weather too - from gales to Summer breezes, often in the same weekend. Read on to find out what we've been up to - and don't forget that you can be part of it too...

Let's go Sailing! With just a fortnight to go before our first 2012 charter, berths aboard the Amelie Rose are filling up fast. We have 7 places remaining on her April Adventures, 9 in May and just 7 in June so if some stunning Spring sailing sounds like just the thing please get booking now to avoid disappointment.

Some fine adventures remain un-filled; you could be racing with the other Pilot Cutters in Yarmouth or St Mawes, trying your hand at an RYA course, taking a Hungry Sailors Cruise along the Dorset, Devon and Cornwall coast or sampling life aboard on one of our Traditional Taster Weekends.
