3. I'm getting an Error "Forbidden Access (Flooding)" What does it mean?

SLOW DOWN! Our web server has a mechanism to stop nasty attacks called "Denial of Service" attacks. This stops you from rapidly re-loading pages or selecting links in quick succession. If you see this error just count to ten and then hit the reload button on your browser to carry on from where you left off. When you're back browsing the site remember to pause for a short while before you move from one page to another.
