Join the crew of Amelie Rose on the afternoon of Monday 13th August as we set out on this cruise along the stunning West Country Coast. We love this coastline with it's craggy cliffs, welcoming havens and serene anchorages and Amelie Rose is the perfect vessel upon which to explore it all. There's nothing quite like a ship on passage; working closely with your crew-mates, relaxing when off-watch, night sailing and finally raising your destination with a tremendous feeling of satisfaction, achievement and involvement in the world. Along this coast there's also the chance of spotting dolphins, basking sharks and other wildlife as the coastline slowly unfolds beside you.

Meet up with the rest of the crew at 1600 on Monday 13th in Plymouth. We'll whip you aboard, stow your gear, show you around and then head ashore for bite to eat. The next morning, after a quick safety briefing we'll show you how to raise and set the sails and we'll be off. Our exact route will be weather dependant but usually includes; a visit to Salcombe, skirting Start Point and on to Dartmouth then across Lyme Bay to transit the infamous Portland Race, before heading into Weymouth and finally on to Poole.
The trip will finish in Poole at approximately 1800 on Saturday. The price includes your berth, all food and soft drinks consumed aboard, the loan of wet weather and safety gear, fuel, berthing fees and qualified skipper to show you the ropes and keep you safe.
