July 30th - August 4th, £595 per person
Join 1600 Monday 30th, leave approx 1600 on Saturday 4th.
Brest might be the biggest but Fowey must be the friendliest. Four days in a stunning West Country harbour packed with beautiful boats and convivial crews. With sailing and shore-side activities every day and some great social events at the two sailing clubs in the evening this is a Summer treat not to be missed.
Join the crew of the Amelie Rose as we visit one of our favourite West Country harbours to take part in Fowey Classics week. Whilst not the biggest event of the year Fowey has a very special feeling all of it's own. With 70+ boats of all shapes and sizes clustered together in the harbour, Fowey Classics is probably the most relaxed and friendly of the classic boat regattas. Gentle racing is interspersed with plenty of events ashore and good food and drink play a big part in creating a great atmosphere of camaraderie between crews.
You'll join Amelie Rose in Plymouth on the afternoon of the 30th July and cruise in company with a fleet of classics and traditional boats headed down the coast to Fowey. We'll enjoy 4 days of fun, sailing and socialising with the rest of the crews and then return to Plymouth on the 4th disembarking in the afternoon.
Fowey Classics & West Country Cruise Double
30th July - 11th Aug, £1095
As you'll be down in the heart of the West Country why not combine Fowey Clasics with our ever-popular West Country Cruise? You'll join the crew of the Amelie Rose on Monday 30th July for the Fowey Classics week and then spend another week visiting some of the most stunning harbours on the South Coast (See AR12-15 West Country Cruise for more details). Combining a long visit to one of our favourite harbours with a cruise around the best cruising ground on the South Coast will make for a wonderfully relaxing holiday break. We'll return to Plymouth on the 11th having seen the best that this lovely area has to offer.
